Below is a sizing chart to better help you choose the board with the right dimensions for you. Understand that board length is very much a personal preference and that these numbers are by no means set in stone. For all mountain riding choose a length somewhere in between the two.
Snowboard sizing is determined purely by weight & not your height.
Don't forget if you're in UK 10+ boots you may need a wider board dependent on your chosen binding angles.
When choosing boot size for the best fit choose your normal trainer size. You will find that your toes should just touch the inside liner, but don't worry, in time this stretches and most liners mould around your foot to give the perfect fitting boot.
To work out your weight in pounds remember 1 stone = 14 lbs
